Aspley Guise is an ancient village which still retains it character
even though it is now on the outskirts of the rapidly growing new city
of Milton Keynes. It is easily reached from Junction 13 of the M1 by taking
the B557 in the westerly direction towards Woburn Sands. On reaching Aspley Guise Square (actually more of a triangle) turn left into Woburn Lane which is between the Moor Place Hotel and the Blue Orchid restaurant. Be warned! This is a very tight turn, so slow down in good time. The village hall is about 200m up this road and the large car park is accessed via Spinney Lane, an unmade road turning off to the left. If approaching from the direction of Milton Keynes, head towards Woburn Sands. Turn East at the double mini-roundabout by the Firtree pub and continue along Aspley Hill, then West Hill to The Square in Aspley Guise.
